Relaunch of Go Textile, the apprenticeship campaign of the entire TEXTIL+FASHION association.

Small and medium-sized textile companies face a wide range of challenges — like most other industries, they must continuously work to remain competitive and find enough suitable specialists.

Challenge

GoTextile! is an initiative of the textile + fashion association and the regional associations of the textile and clothing industry. The aim of the young talent and HR campaign and the challenge of the assignment is to provide information about the industry and its diversity and to get young people interested in training, further education or job opportunities in the textile industry.

Solution

To achieve the goals set for the social media channels, Uhura implements different content formats for the young target group on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. With educational content on innovations and textile facts from the textile and fashion industry, reels on apprenticeships, motivational posts and entertaining memes, GoTextile! informs potential applicants and shows them exciting career options. 

There is also a strong focus on paid media strategies to maximize visibility and interaction. Key measures include the implementation of paid media activities and the targeted placement of ads that are specifically tailored to the interests and needs of the young target group.
