Challenge
As one of the oldest aviation trade shows in the world, the International Aerospace Exhibition (ILA) faced a major brand challenge: The ILA campaign design has become visibly outdated and did not reflect the transformation and industrial values of its trade fair partners.
And so the task of Messe Berlin and specialist partner BDLI e. V. was clear: Create a new campaign design that better represents industrial innovations, the dynamic transformation demands and diversity of the German aerospace industry and can be implemented as campaigns for the trade fair brand.
Solution
Based on aviation infrastructure on the ground (airports and airfields), we have created forms that are reflected in campaign design, create depth and serve as graphic elements and systems for visualizing ILA BERLIN 2024 communication assets. The result is a flexible visual language that is scalable to all means of communication, online and offline as well as at events and congresses and offers a high level of recognition.
