2. Strategy development and design
Based on the findings, initial positioning areas and core ideas for brand positioning and key differentiating features can then be formulated. These will be further reviewed and refined with you in positioning workshops. Through exercises on brand personality, tonality, visual language and communication topics, further definitions of the brand can be made quickly.
3. Guidelines and implementation
Finally, strategies and communication topics are validated internally and externally. On this basis, strategy and content as well as visual guidelines are then defined and refined — explanatory materials are made available for implementation locally and worldwide and transferred to brand and communication management.
