ILA 2022 came to an end on Sunday, 26.06.2022 at Berlin's BER Airport.
Uhura was for the Social media communication the ILA 2022 is responsible. Together with the communications agency B2P, which creates PR and web content for the International Aerospace Exhibition, the Messe Berlin budget was won.
ILA Berlin is one of Europe's leading aerospace trade fairs. With a focus on innovations, new technologies and sustainability, it covers the entire spectrum of industry: Aviation, Space, Defence & Support. Under the motto “Pioneering Aerospace” The trade fair took place this year from June 22 to 26, 2022.
ILA 2022 — digital, hybrid and on-site for the first time in four years — was aimed at professionals and was the meeting place for international industry (OEMs, suppliers, startups), politics, armed forces, research and science.
Uhura developed for ILA suitable Strategy routes to communicate the ILA brand and and translated the relevant subject areas into suitable social media content for professional audiences (B2B) and visitors (B2C). For the first time, the newly created digital platform offered exhibitors the opportunity to present product presentations, communication, matchmaking and lead generation using cutting-edge streaming technology.
Other special features included the so-called LIVE stages, at which exhibitors were able to present the industry's future topics. At #ILA22, there were also special career days (Career Center), which not only provide orientation for students and trainees, but also for experienced and young professionals to get to know companies in the sector better.

With a digital reach of around 1.7 million contacts and 72,000 local visitors as well as almost 550 exhibitors, ILA 2022 was a great success for Messe Berlin!
