Uhura Creative Media was founded at German Brand Award 2020 Awarded twice: for the redesign of the BDEW website and the social media campaign for TOTAL Germany's EXCELLIUM Grand Tour. The digital agency is delighted to receive this further, appreciative award for its work.

Every year, the German Brand Award honors companies, agencies and service providers for their excellent and outstanding brand work and thus makes the successes they deserve visible. Awards are given in the “Excellent Brands” and “Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation” competition categories. The jury members and its promoters are independent and the criteria of the award are openly communicated. The award has a gross reach of over 315 million contacts and 12,000 submissions to date.

With the design and development of the entire website of BDEW (Federal Association of Energy and Water Industries) and the creation of a powerful extranet and committee portal for optimal internal member communication, Uhura was able to convince the jury of the German Brand Awards. Both the new visual design and the simple usability are distinctive for the association's communication.

To the EXCELLIUM premium fuel by TOTAL, Uhura designed and implemented a social media and content campaign: the “EXCELLIUM Grand Tour.” A six-week road trip took TV presenter Det Müller to Germany's most extraordinary places in a Citroen DS. Users were able to experience this exciting tour up close on social media. With this implementation, Uhura was also able to impress at the German Brand Award and is taking home another award.
