Do you not just contribute ideas to online marketing, but want to manage and develop campaigns independently?

As a Junior Online Marketing Manager at Uhura Digital, you’ll be part of our Performance Team and take on responsibility for your own projects and campaigns from the outset. You already have some practical experience in online marketing and want to build on this in a targeted way – using a data-driven, cross-channel approach and with a clear focus on performance.

Your job in detail
  • You will independently plan, manage and optimise online marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, search, display and video)
  • You will implement paid media initiatives and continuously refine campaigns
  • You will analyse performance data, produce reports and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • You will actively contribute to the development of performance strategies, forecasts and media plans
  • You will conduct research, keyword and target audience analyses, and incorporate your findings into strategies
  • You will assist with SEO and GEO audits and help identify optimisation measures
  • You will work with tracking setups, dashboards and measurement structures, and further develop these with the team
That is you
  • You have already gained some practical experience in online marketing – ideally at an agency or on performance-driven projects
  • You have already managed or co-managed campaigns independently (e.g. on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube or TikTok)
  • You understand the basics of paid media, tracking and data-driven optimisation
  • You are a social media native and feel at home on the relevant platforms
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and actively contribute to the team
  • You are eager to learn, curious and keen to develop your skills quickly
  • You have a good command of German and English
